The sheep factory is a small business run from home by Lynda Howard, ably assisted by Mick Fairfield, Jan Harrison, Ian Thomson and others.
We are very grateful to the local farmers who supply us with wool, in particular, Willie Tyson from Blencathra and his Herdwicks.
Each sheep is individually made from its own breed of wool, knitted then felted.
They are a unique Cumbrian product and should be considered a craft item, not a children's toy.
The CD contains 17 tracks from local singers Jan Harrison and Lynda Howard. They are a mixture of a capella and accompanied songs in the Folk genre.
